4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate wallet addresses for transactions

• Ensure that funds sent originate from lawful sources

You are solely responsible for the correctness of transaction details submitted through the platform.

5. Exchange Rates and Processing Time

• Exchange rates may be fixed or floating, depending on the selected option

• Floating rates are updated automatically based on market conditions

• Processing time depends on blockchain confirmation speed and network congestion

SWINGXMR is not responsible for delays caused by third-party blockchain networks.

6. Fees

All applicable fees are included in the exchange rate displayed before confirming a transaction.
No hidden fees are charged.

Network (miner) fees are determined by the respective blockchain and are outside our control.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only in limited cases, including:

• Transaction failure due to technical issues on our side

• Funds received after the exchange time limit has expired

Refunds are processed to the original sending address, minus applicable network fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

SWINGXMR shall not be liable for:

• Incorrect wallet addresses provided by users

• Losses due to blockchain network errors or delays

• Market volatility or price fluctuations

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Service for:

• Illegal activities

• Fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing

• Attempts to disrupt or abuse the platform
